The 1.25 acre site was remodelled to meet building codes limiting its slope and permitting only two retaining walls, with the family and guest wings sunken into the hillside on either side of the elevated entertaining spaces, terrace, lawn and infinity pool, while a consistent roofline unifies the composition.
