Felicity Bell creates thoughtfully organised, flexible, daylight filled spaces with clean, strong lines, where interior and exterior flows seamlessly and where space feels expansive.

Felicity works closely with her clients responding to their needs and desires, and specific site conditions to make the most of sunlight, setting and outlook. After developing ideas, precisely detailed construction drawings are produced. The bespoke professional team selected for each project are rigorously directed through to completion.

Completed projects include a 1,400 square metre luxury residence on a remodelled hillside in Bel Air, Los Angeles. Planning permission has recently been secured for a 125 square metre penthouse with a wrap-around garden on the rooftop of a former industrial building in Clerkenwell, London.
